Assistant Prof.Dr. ENGİN ŞEKER

He was born in Pertek county of Tunceli in 1971. He completed his primary, secondary and high education in Elazığ. He  became the top student of Fishery Products Programme of Elazığ Vocational School in 1990, and graduated from the Faculty of Fisheries as the top student in 1994. He got his master’s degree in 1997  and Ph. D.  in  2001 from Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences of Fırat University in the area of Aquaculture Cultivation and Illnesses Department. After serving as a research assistant in the Faculty of Fisheries between the years of 1995-2002, he was assigned as an Assistant Prof. Dr to  Bingöl Vocational School of Fırat University and served here until 2009. In 2009, he was assigned again as  an Assistant Prof. Dr to Faculty of Fisheries , Tunceli University. Also, he is serving as an Associate Dean of Faculty of Fisheries and  a senator of Tunceli University. He is married and father of two sons.
