STAFF ACTIVITY
Erasmus Staff Activity enables the
academic staff of the universities that have EUC to
give lectures in a different European University
that has EUC as long as giving lessons at least
five hours in a year utmost six weeks or provide
the academic staff and administrative staff of the
universities that have EUC with receiving training
and teaching in other universities. Erasmus Staff
Activity has two subfields:

Giving Lectures Activity: The targets
of this activity are:
o
To provide the students who can not
attend the programme with the opportunity to benefit
from the intelligence of the academic staff of
different European Universities.
o
To encourage the exchange of
specialization and experimentation in pedagogical
methods.
o
To encourage the universities in
enriching lesson contents and choices.

Staff Education Activity: Staff
Education Activity includes three activity types:
o
The activity of the staff outgoing
from a university to a business and from a business
to a university: The aim of this activity is to
provide the beneficiaries with experience and data
transference. Basic activities may be seminars,
workshop actions, courses and conferences,
functional education processes, etc.
o
Activity of the administrative staff
outgoing to a different university: The aim of this
activity type is to enable the beneficiaries to
experiment a different institution’s experience and
implementation and to effect improvements on their
existing works. Basic activities may be job training,
working visitation,
etc.
o
Activity of the instructors outgoing
to different universities so as to be educated.
