OUTGOING STAFF

STAFF TRAINING

It is the sub-programme that provides training mobility for lecturers, administrative staff, administrative personnel and operation staff in higher education institutions that have Erasmus University Declaration.

Staff Training Mobility includes 3 types of mobilities:

·         The mobility of personnel from a higher educational institution to a business  establishment or personnel from a business establishment to a higher education institution.
The objective of this kind of mobility is to enable the beneficiaries to learn and acquire practical skills through transfer of knowledge and experience. The basic activities may be as follows: seminars, workshops, courses and conferences, practical training courses.. etc.

·         The mobility of administrative staff and administrative personnel from a higher education instutition to another higher education institution. 
The objective of this kind of mobility is to enable the beneficiaries to learn the experience/best practice of the hosting institution and improve the necessary skills for their own work. The basic activities may be as follows: on-the-job training programme, study visits, short term period assignments … etc.  

·         The mobility of the lecturer going to another higher education institution for training.

Application Conditions for Joining the Mobility of Staff Training

·         To be a lecturer, manager, administrative staff or a personnel in a business establishment in a higher education institution that has an Erasmus University Declaration. 

·         There should be an agreement signed between universities ( there is no need for bi-lateral agreement between university and business establishment )  

·         There should be a work plan accepted by both the sending and receiving institution.( This work plan should be signed by both institutions and include the general aims and objectives, content and expected outcomes of the programme that is planned.)

P.C.  There should be an invitation if the case is the mobility of a personnel from a business establishment to a higher education institution.
