PROCEDURE RELATED TO INCOMING STUDENTS
According to the agrrements between to universities, the
procedure related to incoming students is given below:
Application Form
The incoming student fills
the application form and sends it to the address of
erasmus@tunceli.edu.tr.
Erasmus Unit contacts with the related academic unit and
gives information about the application form and details of
contact.
Acceptance Letter
After
the academic unit informs that the student is accepted,
Erasmus Unit sends the Acceptance Letter to the student.
Learning Agreement
The
incoming student prepares the Learning agreement by
contacting with Coordinator of Academic Unit. It is prepared
three orijinal copy of this document and it is signed by T.U
and partner university. One copy is for student, one copy is
for Partner university and one copy is for Tunceli
University.
The
courses that will be taken by the incoming student and
credits of ECTS are stated in this document. One copy of
Learning Agreement is sent to the Students Affairs by the
Coordinators of Academic Unit.
Enrollment Procedures

Students enrolls to the program
by applying to the Students Affairs.

Supervisiors are assigned for
them.
·
There are guide students for
every incoming student. These guide students help the
foreign students about the school and city.
·
Erasmus students are exempt from
the tuition fee and other educational charges.
Accomodation
Erasmus Unit sends the list of “Room to Let” and if
necessary, the students book a room in guest-house until the
room is found.
Insurance
The
incoming students have to insure against the illness,
travelling and damages. After the students arrive, they have
to give one copy of this insurance to the Erasmus Unit.
Transcript
After the semester finish, the
students take their transcripts from the Students Affairs.
They do not pay any money for transcript.
Language Courses For the
Incoming Students
Intensive Beginner and
Intermediate Language Courses (in Turkish) are arranged for
Erasmus Students so that they can experience an easier
Erasmus Period.
Resident Permit
The
students have to get a resident permit by applying to the
Police Department in one month after they arrive.
Confirmation of Exchange
Before the students come back to their
countries, they take the document of Confirmation of
Exchange from the Coordinator of Eramus Academic Unit.
