In Higher Education Institutions, to take necessary precautions for simplifying their lives and making arrangements in this direction for  the students who are with disabilities is the necessity of Disability laws and provisions of the Law No. 5378, and some of the Decree Law on Making Changes.

     Based on this law for the disabled students in Higher Education , Disability Advisory and Coordination of Higher Education Institutions Regulations was prepared and published in  the 26204  dated Official newspaper, onJune 20, 2006.

    n our university, with  need for regulation disabled students unit was founded to work for students with disabilities.
